CHEF MICHAEL LeCLERC
Having sautéed his way through some of the finest restaurants in the world, Michael LeClerc has landed his culinary craft at 350 Main.
Michael earned his culinary degree at the famous Culinary Institute of America and has since worked in such ports of fine cuisine as Geneva, Maui, Thailand, Deer Valley, Frankfurt, New York.
Michael's most notable work was in the kitchen of Jamin, Joel Robuchon's three-star Michelin Restaurant in the 16th arrondessement of Paris.
